Susan and Bill Hoehn Support Ronald McDonald House San Diego

Rancho Santa Fe residents Susan and Bill Hoehn are partners in marriage and in giving back. For the second year in a row they are Honorary Chairs of the ROMP gala to benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities® of San Diego. As part of their commitment to this organization, they have donated a 2013 Mercedes-Benz C250 for raffle to help raise funds for its mission of caring for families with critically ill or injured children.

Family comes first for the Hoehns, and that makes the Ronald McDonald House a natural fit for their interests. Susan notes, “Parents need to be available for a hospitalized child around the clock. The Ronald McDonald House gives families a chance to take care of themselves just moments away from their child’s bedside.”

Susan and Bill have served on the boards of numerous organizations. Happily married for nearly four decades, Susan and Bill are both outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy hiking, skiing, and golf.  These Memphis natives enjoy spending time in Sun Valley, Idaho, and visiting their daughter Rebecca’s family in Chicago. Son Ted and son-in-law Josh Sherman have joined the family run business Hoehn Motors Carlsbad, made up of eleven luxury auto brands. Daughter Adrienne volunteers at the Ronald McDonald House, serving meals to families as part of the Junior League. Susan says, “We have been so blessed as a family. Giving back to the community is a core value for all of us. The Ronald McDonald House is a great place to give back.”
