Patrons of the Prado’s Masterpiece 2022 Fundraiser

Share

Save the date of July 9 when Patrons of the Prado presents Masterpiece 2022: “Under the Desert Sun.” Patrons’ annual fundraiser promises a not-to-be-missed evening of vintage Palm Springs merriment in Balboa Park’s iconic Spreckels Organ Pavilion. Attendees will enjoy a chic cocktail hour featuring libations worthy of the Rat Pack – with some fun desert-inspired activities for guests to enjoy, curated swanky silent and live auctions, dancing to swanky tunes, a gourmet dinner – and, back by popular demand, Pop the Cork – which gives one lucky winner the chance to win a complete collection of premier wine!

Returning to its traditional July date, the annual soiree is Patrons’ main fundraiser and supports its beneficiaries – the ten arts, science, and cultural centers located along the Prado in Balboa Park. In addition, Patrons supports Bucks4Buses, which helps expose San Diego school students to the world-class treasures of the park. This year’s event marks a special milestone, the twenty-fifth anniversary of Patrons of the Prado. Since its inception, the organization has raised close to $5 million to support arts, science and culture in Balboa Park and has provided educational access for more than 200,000 local students.

Dust off your dancing shoes and don’t miss this chance to enjoy a wonderful evening of live music, delicious food and drink in a ritzy desert setting – all while supporting Patrons well-deserving beneficiaries! We hope to see you “Under the Desert Sun”!
