Jewish Federation of San Diego recently hosted the Lion of Judah Society Luncheon, a celebration of the unwavering strength and leadership exemplified by San Diego’s Jewish women. A touching endowment memorial ceremony paid homage to the Lions whose influences have left indelible marks on the community. The afternoon was an inspiring gathering filled with camaraderie and reflection as they embraced the spirit of empowerment that defines the Lion of Judah Society. Among those in attendance were Perri Wittgrove, Lisa Levine, Stacy Rosenberg, Lori Polin, Susie Feldman, Heidi Gantwerk, Kira Finkenberg, Bob Rubenstein, Lee Goldberg, Marie Raftery, Sharon Wax, whose presence added to the warmth and significance of the event.
