The mission of VCA Animal Hospital is to provide World Class medicine with Home Town care. Founded in 1986, VCA is a family of hometown animal hospitals committed to making a positive impact for pets, people, and our communities. VCA cares about the communities they serve and every pet within them, not just those they see in their hospitals. Every hospital carries a sense of pride for the legacy of excellence they have built and the stories of service that are deeply connected to their local communities. VCA joined the Mars family in 2017. Together, they are writing a powerful story about what is next in veterinary care. VCA Animal Hospitals are located all across the United States and Canada. Dawn Primus is the Regional Operations Director for VCA Animal Hospital.
#1 I grew up in San Diego. My mother is the person who has most impacted my life. High energy, always moving, traveling, doing what she wants on her own terms.

#7 I always wanted to work with animals. Being able to mend them back to health and seeing the relief on the pet parents face, knowing that all is well.
