Taste What You Hear in a Sensory Event Like No Other. On January 11, join Mainly Mozart to experience the emotion of classical music through taste as world-class sommelier and concertmaster duos have collaborated to pair the perfect glass of wine with the music being performed by the Dallas Symphony at the Fairbanks Ranch Country Club.

San Diego Resolution Run :

The 18th Annual San Diego Resolution Run 5K, 10K and Half Marathon is back at Mission Bay on January 11. Enjoy a beautiful course and water views as you wind through Mission Bay. After the run, check out the wellness village with healthy food, offers and products from our partners. All participants will receive a T-shirt, and custom finisher’s medal.

Tea by the Sea :

On January 18th join St. Madeleine Sophie’s Center at The Marine Room and enjoy tea, mingling and friends by the sea. Guests will enjoy signature cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, tea, a silent auction, live music and an incredible view. Proceeds benefit the Sophie’s Gallery art program at St. Madeleine Sophie’s Center.

Danitza Villanueva
Danitza Villanueva
Danitza Villanueva was born in San Diego but spent her youth with her family in Tijuana and grew up on both sides of the border. She has transferred her unique insight of cross-border culture, trends and philanthropy to her business and community interests. Danitza is the first woman from her family to graduate from college. She has two degrees, one from Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Fashion Marketing, and a second from San Diego Christian College in Communications. After starting GB Magazine with Esteban Villanueva in 2007, she has gone on to win awards and recognition from the community for her support of helping raise millions of dollars for non-profit organizations. Currently she resides in East County in San Diego where she and her husband Esteban run DAESVI Publishing, home to GB Magazine, among several other publications.
