Here is List of Top 5 San Diego Eateries with a View

Lets explore each

Cannonball

Cannonball

Located in historic Belmont Park right on Mission Beach, Cannonball is San Diego’s biggest oceanfront rooftop, and the panoramas of the Pacific are unreal, especially at sunset. It is not super high up as some of the others on this list – just two floors – but the vibe is definitely beach club chic. Think comfortable couches by fire pits, modern decor, and plenty of space to relax. They have got everything from casual eats to top-notch sushi (awarded “Best Sushi in San Diego” for a reason), plus refreshing cocktails and craft beers. Some Thursdays, they have live music for “Acoustic Sunsets” – perfect way to end your day!

Kairoa Brewing Co.

Kairoa Brewing Co

Kairoa Brewing in University Heights is not quite beachfront New Zealand, but their rooftop bar gives you a stellar view of the classic San Diego neighborhood. The real magic is in their food and beer though. They fuse fresh, SoCal coastal flavors with hearty New Zealand comfort dishes. Plus, their brewers love using hops straight from New Zealand, giving their beers a unique twist. Sip on a Rosey Buggah blonde ale or try their Chicken Confit Panang Curry. Feeling like brunch? Their Earl Grey Toad Toast is more about the tea-infused bread (no frogs involved).

Born and Raised

Born and Raised

If you are craving a delicious steak with a view, then Born and Raised should be on your radar. This swanky steakhouse has a gorgeous rooftop terrace, all decked out with cozy velvet seating, romantic lanterns, and stunning views of Little Italy. It is perfect for a fancy dinner, or you can just grab drinks and small plates at the rooftop bar before hitting the town. Either way, Born and Raised is a San Diego must for a luxurious night under the stars.

George’s at the Cove

Georges at the Cove

This oceanfront gem, created by celebrity chef Trey Foshee, serves up modern American cuisine that will tantalize your taste buds. Think fresh seafood, duck breast, or vegetarian paella, all enjoyed under the California sun (or stars!). Grab a table on their award-winning rooftop terrace and soak in the panoramic views of La Jolla Cove – it is an ideal spot for a romantic dinner or a memorable night out with friends.

Lumi

Lumi

This upscale restaurant features Japanese cuisine created by celebrity chef Akira Back. Back is the mastermind behind Yellowtail, the top-rated Japanese restaurant at the Bellagio in Las Vegas!
Lumi’s menu combines fresh, local ingredients with Akira’s global influences, making for a unique and flavorful dining experience. Imagine enjoying sushi, innovative dishes, and handcrafted cocktails next to a rooftop fire pit, all with striking city views. The atmosphere is energetic and fun, with modern decor and DJ beats. It is a perfect place to share plates and drinks with friends before hitting the Gaslamp Quarter nightlife.
