The Magic Of Christmas

Share

For 20 years, Old Town Trolley has brought the magic of Christmas to children living at Father Joe’s Villages, creating an unforgettable holiday experience filled with joy and love. Each December, the Old Town Trolley team takes special care selecting gifts for each child, preparing a celebration that is truly enchanting.

Even amid the pandemic, Old Town Trolley’s dedication never wavered. Unable to host the traditional Old Town celebration, they brought the festivities directly to Father Joe’s Villages. Santa and Mrs. Claus arrived in style, surprising the children and filling their hearts with holiday cheer. This unwavering commitment ensured that, even in difficult times, the children experienced the joy and magic of the season.

On the day of the event, the children board a special holiday trolley at the Village, decked out with festive decor and holiday cheer. They are whisked away to Old Town for a magical Christmas party where Mr. and Mrs. Claus await, welcoming them with open arms and bright smiles. The entire event is a wonderland for these young ones, filled with laughter, music, delicious food, games, and, of course, gifts that bring joy and wonder.

The dedication and heartfelt generosity of the Old Town Trolley team make this event truly exceptional. Special thanks go to General Manager David Thornton and Operations & Property Manager Victor Santana, whose efforts ensure that every detail is perfect, year after year. This long-standing partnership exemplifies the spirit of the holiday season and underscores the power of community and compassion.

Old Town Trolley’s commitment to creating a magical holiday experience brings immeasurable joy to the children at Father Joe’s Villages, reminding us all of the importance of kindness and giving back. We are profoundly grateful for their partnership and look forward to many more years of holiday cheer together.
