The Sycuan Band of the Kumeyaay Nation recently presented the 2023 Sycuan Fashion Show to showcase Native American talents in the field of fashion as part of its 2023 Pow Wow. This 2nd Annual Tribal Fashion Show featured all native designers worn by all native models from across the country and Sycuan Tribal members! Following the theme “Walking in Harmony with Nature”, 16 indigenous designers shared clothing ranging from traditionally inspired to modern business attire with a stylish, native flair. This year’s event was twice as large as last year and even featured a new catwalk that took the models across the resort’s pool!
