St. Regis Monarch Beach An Unmatched Coastal Retreat

Share

Nestled hillside overlooking a private beach, we discovered an array of adventurous experiences at The St. Regis Monarch Beach. From pools, to championship golf course, to an award-winning spa; we created lasting memories at the Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond resort. Though only one hour north of San Diego, the relaxation afforded made the resort took us far away from the everyday.

Entering into our newly renovated hotel room, we were swept away with the comforts of our spacious coastal retreat. The plush bedding, restful lounge seating and a comfortable worktable offered a place to sit, read a book and truly be at ease. The deep soaking bathtub was amazing as you can enjoy the natural light that bathes the room. The natural light enters through expansive glass doors that lead out to a cozy private balcony where the soothing ocean breeze and expansive views.

As we continued to drift away, we were enveloped in supreme relaxation at the award winning Spa Gaucin. Upon arrival, we were escorted to his and hers spas as we awaited our spa therapist. We were then invited to a private room where we enjoyed a relaxing and soothing coastal aromatic stone massage. After our treatment we delighted in the coed lounge complete with flickering fireplace, a selection of light nibbles and a glass of Champagne. We completed our journey by tossing a coin into the flowing wishing well to ensure our return, as the tradition states.

After all this relaxation, we were ready for dinner. We rode the charming St. Regis Resort Tram to access the private beach and Monarch Bay Club Restaurant & Bar. Dining at the Monarch Bay Club was one the best parts of our stay with fine dining and breathtaking beachfront views. The sunset accompanied our romantic dinner for two as we enjoyed fresh California-style cuisine.

Whether you are getting away for a weekend, searching for a quiet haven to relax or are looking to treat your family to a weeklong beach escape, St. Regis Monarch Beach makes for a perfect ESCAPADITA.
