Rural Health Celebration
Congratulations San Ysidro Health on their first Rural Health Fundraiser as they work collaboratively to raise awareness for rural health and the aging community! The event honored Judith Shaplin for her 37 years of service and advocacy for rural health. The luncheon raised funds for three electric delivery vans for homebound seniors so that San Ysidro Health can deliver meals as well as other services.
Felicitaciones al San Ysidro Health por su primer evento rural para recaudar fondos y crear conciencia sobre la salud en zonas rurales y las personas que se aproximan a la tercera edad. Durante el evento se homenajeó a Judith Shaplin por sus 37 años al servicio y defensa de la salud de la gente de las zonas rurales. Este almuerzo también recaudó fondos para solventar tres camionetas eléctricas destinadas a hacer llegar los servicios del San Ysidro Health a aquellas personas mayores que se encuentran en sus hogares sin posibilidad de salir.
