A Dream Home On The Ocean In Baja

Living by the ocean is a dream for many people. The sound of waves crashing, the ocean breeze, the stunning view of the horizon and the magical sunsets are just a few of the many reasons why people love living on the coast.

Buying a waterfront property may be a dream almost impossible to fulfill due to its high costs, but one hour south of the border you will find South Rosarito, the fastest growing area for luxury residences at a fraction of the price of any oceanfront property in California. South Rosarito is home to many expats that have found the good life surrounded by friends and like-minded individuals in a quaint, seaside enclave.

Mision Viejo Sur is a brand-new oceanfront condominium complex located on the cliffs overlooking the ocean, with a stunning view of El Descanso Bay and direct access to the sandy beach and crashing waves below. Its strategic construction has achieved an incredible ocean view from any condominium. Built by one of the most respected developers in Mexico, every attention to detail has been a crucial part of the construction process.

Mision Viejo Sur offers 24/7 security with controlled access at the main entrance and in each building, heated oceanfront swimming pool and jacuzzi, barbecue pits and direct access to the beach – all in a price range from the mid-200s to mid-400s, depending on configuration.

Each unit can be individually owned and titled immediately, either deeded for Mexican nationals or with a fideicomiso for non-Mexicans. The amenities and price make ownership a perfect investment property, second home, weekend getaway or retirement destination.

If you have always dreamed of waking up and looking across the ocean, Mision Viejo Sur is the place you have been looking for.
