On the evening of Saturday, September 13, 2025, the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina will come alive with inspiration, elegance, and celebration as the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego proudly present the 12th Annual An Evening of Changing Lives. This year’s highly anticipated gala invites guests to Dream Big, a powerful theme that celebrates the bright futures of every young person we serve.
This unforgettable night is more than just a fundraising event – it is a celebration of impact, possibility, and the shared belief that all children, regardless of background or circumstance, deserve the chance to achieve their dreams. The gala will bring together more than 600 dedicated supporters, including philanthropists, longtime Club supporters, corporate partners, and civic leaders, all driven by the vision of turning big dreams into brighter futures for the youth of San Diego.
For over 84 years, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego has been a cornerstone of hope and opportunity for thousands of young people. Today, the organization serves more than 21,000 youth across 23 Club sites in San Diego County. Each Club provides a safe and nurturing environment where members can explore new interests, grow academically, gain confidence, and pursue meaningful goals through high-quality programs focused on academic success, good character, and healthy lifestyles.
The Dream Big theme is woven into every detail of the evening, from the vibrant decor and heartfelt member spotlights to the dynamic entertainment and inspiring program. Guests will enjoy an uplifting night filled with engaging stories, powerful performances, and special moments that reflect the spirit and resilience of Club kids. The evening will feature a silent auction with unique experiences and items, a high-energy live auction offering once-in-a-lifetime opportunities, and a fun opportunity drawing with exciting prizes. Proceeds from the gala go directly toward sustaining and expanding programs that make a lasting difference in the lives of young people.
