Champions for Health recently hosted To Wellness and Beyond at the San Diego Air & Space Museum, raising funds for Project Access San Diego. Since 2008, Project Access has facilitated more than $22 million in pro bono specialty care, procedures, and surgeries through a collaborative network of physicians, hospitals, and clinics across San Diego County.
The memorable evening celebrated the individuals and organizations that have supported Champions for Health throughout the past year while raising critical funds for its lifesaving program. Guests enjoyed one of San Diego’s most unique venues, surrounded by historic vintage aircraft that created an unforgettable atmosphere.
Among those in attendance were Agnieszka Golian, Wendy Buchi, Jocelin Ing, Adama Dyoniziak, Karen Dunn, Tom Savides, Iza Dyoniziak, Mihir Parikh, Claudia Rempel, and Maria Carriedo Ceniceros, who joined fellow healthcare leaders, philanthropists, and community supporters in advancing access to lifesaving specialty healthcare for uninsured San Diegans.
