BCCA Community Dialogue
A community conversation with Midway Rising – the team selected by the City of San Diego to revitalize the Midway District and Sports Arena – was moderated by Burnham Center for Community Advancement President and CEO Tad Parzen. The Midway Rising leadership team presented their proposal and vision engaging in a dialogue with the community on how to maximize the potential of this project and bring the most value to the city while addressing challenges in housing, providing a healthy and sustainable environment, traffic and transit issues and job creation.
Una charla comunitaria con Midway Rising (equipo formado por personas elegidas por la ciudad de San Diego para revitalizar el Midway District y Sports Arena) fue moderada por Tad Parzen, CEO y presidente del Burnham Center for Community Advancement. El equipo de liderazgo del Midway Rising hizo la presentación de su visión y propuesta en un diálogo comunitario sobre cómo maximizar el potencial de este proyecto y acrecentar el valor de la ciudad mientras se abordan temas como vivienda, medio ambiente saludable y sustentable, trafico, tránsito y creación de puestos de trabajo.
