“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
– Philippians 4:13
Now in its 56th year, La Jolla Music Society’s mission is to enhance cultural life and engagement by presenting and producing a wide range of programming of the highest artistic quality, and to make The Conrad Prebys Performing Arts Center a vibrant and inclusive hub. La Jolla Music Society owns and operates The Conrad Prebys Performing Arts Center, opened in 2019, which includes the 481 seat Baker-Baum Concert Hall and the smaller cabaret-style space, The JAI. Every detail was considered to ensure that The Baker-Baum Concert Hall provided a top experience for both the artists and the audience. Susan Hoehn is a Board Member and the WinterFest Gala chair.

#2 My husband, Bill, has been on my life journey with me for 52 years of marriage.
#3 Favorite Travel Destination: Sun Valley, Idaho in the Winter and Summer. We have traveled many places, but my destination choices now will be to see our granddaughter play lacrosse for San Diego State.
#4 Favorite Movie: A Room with a View, with Maggie Smith, whom I miss.
#5 Book Recommendations: “My Utmost for His Highest” has meant a lot to me all my life. And anything by Jane Austen.
#6 I am still on the planet for a purpose. I want my life to make a difference and helping others is my main goal.
#7 I got involved with La Jolla Music Society because I knew I wanted more music in my life. I completely trust their programming and am positive that no matter what the genre of music, it will be the best of class.
