The VEBA Resource Center Thanks YOU!

Share

California Schools VEBA (VEBA) is a non-profit health trust that provides high quality, affordable, and accessible health care for over 150,000 public sector employees across Southern California. In 2019, California Schools VEBA launched the VEBA Resource Center (VRC), a holistic health center to help VEBA members overcome any obstacles they may face. The VRC has since become a hub for education employees to feel engaged, empowered and advocate for their own health and wellness.

May is National Educator’s Appreciation Month and VEBA wants to thank, recognize, and celebrate all of the amazing educators in the San Diego education community. Educators help power the future by shaping the minds of their students every day. VEBA thanks you for your dedication, commitment and time that you invest in your students so that they may grow up to achieve their goals and dreams. VEBA understands being an educator can be stressful, so the VEBA Resource Center has accessible resources to help that you can use free as a VEBA member.

VEBA wants to be your partner in wellness so you can live your best life. Join the VRC both in-person or online at one of their yoga or fitness classes, cooking classes, acupuncture or sound healing sessions, and more! The VRC also offers health and wellness blogs, along with easy and affordable healthy recipes on their VEBA Resource Center website. VEBA offers something for everyone so let VEBA help you take care of your personal health and wellbeing.

Not familiar with the VEBA Resource Center or know if you are a VEBA member?
