The San Diego Automotive Museum recently opened its new library housing a collection of 45,000 books, magazines and manuals making it the largest library of its kind on the West Coast. The Berg Family Trust Library has a collection of automobile books, magazines and hard-cover repair manuals dating back to 1901. A ribbon-cutting ceremony included members of the Berg family, who donated the majority of the funding for the library, which also includes the Skeets Dunn Research Center. Attendees at the event included Gordon Schenk, Reena Horowitz, Mary Heon, Lenny Leszczynski, Steve Wheeler, and Marc Chase.
