OLP Women’s Symposium
The Academy of Our Lady of Peace (OLP), the oldest all-girls’ high school in San Diego, will host its Ninth Annual Women’s Symposium on Friday, March 24, 2023. This year’s theme is “The Hope is Here,” which aims to bring together women of different ages and professional backgrounds to spark positive changes in their respective industries.

Padres Pedal the Cause
Padres Pedal the Cause returns on March 18, 2023 as an in-person fundraising event with cycling distances and a 5k walk/run starting and finishing at Petco Park in downtown San Diego. All events are centered around the non-profit’s mission of finding cures for cancer. 100 percent of the funds raised will go directly to local cancer research.

Cherry Blossom Festival
As Spring arrives in San Diego, Balboa Park is poised to become a site for unlimited photo opportunities during this year’s Cherry Blossom Festival. From March 10-12, festivalgoers can experience all aspects of Japanese culture from Kamishibai theater to more than 200 cherry trees spread over the grounds of the Japanese Friendship Garden.

San Diego Crew Classic
The San Diego Crew Classic is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year and is regarded as the first major rowing regatta of 2023. Set to be held from March 31 – April 2 in Mission Bay, this event will bring together thousands of athletes spanning ages 14-84 from more than 100 universities, clubs, and high school programs across the United States.

Networking Meets Opera Elegance

Heroes for our Heroes
Join on March 13th for the 10th Annual Freedom Dogs Golf Tournament at Fairbanks Ranch Country Club. Registration opens at 10:00 am and shotgun starts at Noon. Enjoy a great day of golf followed by the Freedom Dogs Ball Retrieval Contest and awards ceremony. All funds benefit the speeding the recovery and enhancing the lives of wounded military heroes through the use of specialty-trained service dogs.
