Share

The 22nd Anniversary Boots and Blooms Party celebrated all the work the San Diego River Park Foundation have accomplished together for the San Diego River ecosystem. The event was a success, bringing together supporters including Stephen Gamp, Greg Kaminsky, Pat Rice, Chandra Kinney, Richard Ledford, Alan Grant, Michelle Brookman, Alicia Curtis, Wendy Ledford, Councilman Raul Campillo, Kazeem Omidiji, and Kendall Muell. Guests enjoyed a beautiful evening of mingling, jazz tunes, food, an awards ceremony, and a silent auction—all held along the banks of the San Diego River at the site of the future River Center at Grant Park. A highlight of the night was California Assemblyman Chris Ward presenting a $2.5 million check for the new center, met with cheers and excitement from all in attendance.
