About Home of Guiding Hands San Diego
Home of Guiding Hands began in East County with a small group of local leaders who shared one goal — to improve the lives of people with disabilities.
From a 14-acre campus in Lakeside, we’ve grown to more than 30 community homes and programs that serve over 1,500 people every year.
Our goal is to help each person live where they feel safe, supported, and empowered to make their own choices.
Our Programs and Services
