Staff and volunteers of Words Alive were delighted to give a warm welcome to supporters of their 12th Annual Author’s Luncheon. The sold-out crowd was delighted to be in the presence of this event’s special guest, Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient Isabel Allende. Attendees had a chance to listen the worldwide acclaimed Chilean author during a fabulous lunch. Thanks to donors, sponsors and guests, Words Alive is able to continue its mission advocating reading for life success.
