Carnival of Love! On February 14, celebrate love and music at the Brazil Carnival Mardi Gras which features dancers in glittering costumes dancing to Pulsating Beats, Samba Dancers, Capoeira Performances and Nonstop Brazilian Music. So come dance the night away and dress up for one of the biggest Brazilian Carnivals on the West Coast.
Birdies for Charity! The San Diego Center for Children and Farmers Insurance Open are partnering to raise funds for the children. Individuals and corporations can donate a flat amount or pledge to donate money to the Center for Children for every birdie the professionals make during the competitive rounds of the golf tournament. Donations and pledges should be made by February 8, so hurry and help make a difference.
Heart Month! During the month of February, celebrate the heart and a healthy life with the American Heart Association. February is American Heart Month, a time to learn about Heart Disease, the number one killer of women. Stand together and be “heart healthy” by joining the Go Red For Women movement at their luncheon on February 27!
