The dedicated women of the Charity Ball provided important seed money for the opening of Children’s Hospital in 1954, now Rady Children’s Hospital. San Diego’s oldest and philanthropic event is set to take place for the 104th time on February 16 at the Hotel Del Coronado with this year’s theme of When You Wish Upon A Star.
