Civil rights icon Dolores Huerta paid a special visit to the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation to share her story and preview her upcoming documentary Woman In Motion. Huerta was joined by educators and local leaders focused on cutting-edge and impactful employment access and opportunities. Together, they shared ideas how to provide economic stability for all San Diegans, and how access to education, career networks and diverse hiring practices will stimulate a thriving innovation economy.
