In loving memory of Vi Jacobs’ generosity and dedication to the San Diego community, she was remembered in a beautiful reception at the center she helped to build. Friends came together to celebrate the life of the woman, who along with and her husband Norman Jacobs envisioned and founded the Jacobs Family Foundation and Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation, ultimately revitalizing an entire neighborhood.
