The “Titanic” Chef Throw Down against Cystic Fibrosis was the motif of the evening where guests were treated to unique food dishes for a great cause. A silent auction was the focal point of the reception as well as the extraordinary chefs of San Diego. Invited guests were later treated to a seven-course tasting menu and helping raise funds and find a cure to control cystic fibrosis and to improve the quality of life.
