The freaks come out at night but once a year they take the streets of San Diego (in the day!) for The Boulevard BOO! Parade. Dark knights on horses, clowns by the dozens, superheroes and foes abound and ghoulish floats await kids of all ages to celebrate Halloween. The College Area festivity will be bigger and spookier than ever with more zombies, music and a ton of fun surprises. Don’t be chicken, creatures only go “BOO!” in the night, right?!
