A meeting was held at the San Diego Foundation offices to welcome the New Mexican Consul General Marcela Celorio Mancera. Malin Burnham, Jose Larroque, Gaston Luken and James C. Clark welcomed community leaders to meet and get to know the Consul’s vision for our binational region.
