Improving Community Health
Founded and directed by physicians, the San Diego County Medical Society Foundation manages a host of programs that help physicians, patients and the community. Together, they solve unmet healthcare needs by offering efficient and meaningful access to care, preventative health education, resource information and support for local medical students.
Project Access San Diego (PASD) is their flagship program; it is a volunteer-driven program to help low-income, uninsured with access to needed specialty healthcare services. PASD is dedicated to restoring the patient’s health, ability to work and support their families and enjoy healthy lives while preventing the development of more serious medical conditions.
How you can help?
