San Diego Opera’s Midsummer Gala Honors Stacy Kellner Rosenberg
San Diego Opera is excited to announce “Musical Mosaics,” the Company’s 2021 midsummer gala that will enchant guests in a beautiful garden setting and celebrate Stacy Kellner Rosenberg’s dedicated volunteerism and charitable contributions to the community while featuring a private performance by opera star Michelle Bradley who dazzled audiences in her Company debut as Aida in 2019.
“Musical Mosaics” will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2021 in the gardens of the Estancia Hotel in La Jolla. Chaired by longtime SDO Board Member, and current Chair of the Board, Sarah B. Marsh-Rebelo, the evening will use the beautiful outdoor gardens of the Estancia Hotel to safely gather guests. In-person and virtual options are available to accommodate the safety and comfort of every San Diego Opera supporter. Honorary host committee members include Candace Carroll, Joyce Gattas, Ph.D., Lee Goldberg, Margaret Grossman, Joan Henkelmann, Veronica Leff, Drs. Roger Mills & Linda Robertson, Mr. and Mrs. Mitch Mitchell, Peggy Preuss, Jessica Dee Rohm, Linda Spuck, Austin Tipp & Rebecca Shaw, Justin Tipp, Esq. & Colleen Campbell, M.D., Janet White, and Sara Zaknoen, M.D.
The in-person gala will begin at 6 PM with selections from the opera Roméo et Juliette performed during dinner and an intimate concert by soprano Michelle Bradley after dinner.
