Transforming Communities
South Bay Community Services (SBCS) is dedicated to providing services to children, youth and families that help them overcome struggles within the community. During the pandemic, the organization has stepped up during this extreme time of need by hosting food distributions that have helped nearly 1,500 families by providing essential supplies and bolstering their free childcare programs for first responders. Staff, volunteers and officers from the Chula Vista Police Department made the distribution successful.
South Bay Community Services (SBCS) se dedica a ofrecer servicios a los niños, jóvenes y familias para que puedan superar sus dificultades dentro de la comunidad. Durante la pandemia, esta organización se hizo cargo de distribuir alimentos a más de 1,500 familias, ofreciéndoles también elementos esenciales y programas de guardería infantil para las personas que están en la primera línea de atención a este conflicto. Gracias al personal, voluntarios y oficiales del Departamento de Policía de Chula Vista se logró una exitosa distribución.
