Community Associations Institute (CAI) is an organization that plays a key role in making San Diego neighborhoods some of the best places to live. CAI provides resources for community association leaders to create better communities. Each year, they host their elegant Awards Gala to recognize some of the service providers who help make it all possible.

Community Association Institute (CAI) es una organización que cumple un rol fundamental en hacer de los barrios de San Diego un mejor lugar donde vivir. CAI ofrece recursos a los líderes de asociaciones comunitarias para que transformen las comunidades. Cada año, lleva a cabo su elegante Award Gala donde se brinda un reconocimiento a algunas de las personas que ayudaron a hacer posible sus acciones.
