Every year beautiful girls from Northern Baja California compete to become Queen of Monterrey Institute of Technology to raise funds for scholarships. One of the many events they produce was at the home of Maria Elvia Hank where a grandiose luncheon amongst friends, family and supporters. The previous Queen from Tijuana as well as this year’s princess were in attendance.
