In addition to Mainly Mozart that supports classical music in the schools, I like to work with the La Jolla Playhouse. I used to be chair of the Center Stage and now they are bringing it back as the Ovation Club and I am really excited about that.
I like to take time outside of my professional responsibilities and use my talents to give back to non-profits that can all benefit from people who donate their time, connections and talents. Walden Family Services is so important to me and I support their programs for foster and adopted children.
In memory of my best friend’s battle with cancer, I am honored to volunteer hours to various cancer foundations, including “Friends of Scott,” whose mission is to help children with cancer and their families. GG uses her passion for writing and communications to support the charities she works with.

Lending a helping hand enhances life for all of us and among the things I support are the Museums of Balboa Park (Patrons of the Prado), Bioscience Research (Founder of The Fishman Fund at Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute), Health Care (Cardio-Vascular Center of UCSD) and the Arts (Mainly Mozart, Youth Symphony), and community involvement (Charter 100, Group of 12 and Friends).
