As part of a new approach to philanthropy, Pacific Gate by Bosa, the first Super Prime luxury residences in Downtown San Diego, is also the first in the U.S. to give back to deserving communities around the world through a partnership with World Housing. By purchasing at Pacific Gate, owners are helping build a new community for impoverished families in the Philippines, with successful sales to date resulting in 14 out of 64 total homes being built.

To learn more about World Housing and its immediate impact, there will be an event on Wednesday, August 10, from 6 to 8 pm at the Pacific Gate Sales Gallery, located at 700 First Avenue at the corner of G Street.
World Housing’s mission is to create social change by connecting the world to be a better community. Each purchase of a new residence at Pacific Gate will generate a contribution to World Housing, helping build new homes for more than 300 people currently living in the slums of Manila – changing the lives of people forever.
