Changing Downtown’s Skyline
Changing People’s Lives
As part of a new approach to philanthropy, Pacific Gate by Bosa, the first Super Prime luxury residences in Downtown San Diego, is also the first in the U.S. to give back to deserving communities around the world through a partnership with World Housing. By purchasing at Pacific Gate, owners are helping build a new community for impoverished families in the Philippines, with successful sales to date resulting in 14 out of 64 total homes being built.
To learn more about World Housing and its immediate impact, there will be an event on Wednesday, August 10, from 6 to 8 pm at the Pacific Gate Sales Gallery, located at 700 First Avenue at the corner of G Street.
World Housing’s mission is to create social change by connecting the world to be a better community. Each purchase of a new residence at Pacific Gate will generate a contribution to World Housing, helping build new homes for more than 300 people currently living in the slums of Manila – changing the lives of people forever.
Located at the emerging Downtown San Diego gateway of Pacific and Broadway in the waterfront neighborhood, Pacific Gate by Bosa’s architecture and design are unparalleled in Downtown San Diego. The building will rise 41 stories over San Diego’s remarkable downtown landscape. Pacific Gate will contain 215 two-and three-bedroom residences ranging in size from 1,276 to 2,608 square feet.
Each residence features expansive windows, bright open layouts and breathtaking views ranging from city to the waterfront. Residents will have access to amenities and services such as Residents Only Guest Suite, Chef Concierge, Private Luxury Car Fleet and Private Boat Share.
