Craft beer impresarios and aficionados along with binational entrepreneurs from both sides of the border toasted together during an Oktoberfest and Q&A panel in Balboa Park. The Mingei International Museum was the engagement’s ideal setting, which included a discussion with founders of acclaimed and award-winning artisan beers from San Diego and Tijuana along with tastings and appetizers throughout the night. The region’s beer pioneers delighted in sharing stories with guests of their passions, struggles and successes in creating their respective offering to the two border cities and beyond.
