Newborn healthcare presents a financial and emotional hardship for many families in Tijuana. Miracle Babies Mexico, with the tireless help of Frank Carrillo leading the way, has established a newborn operating room at the General Hospital of Tijuana as part of the “Sick Child” project, providing much-needed assistance to children with congenital conditions. To celebrate the new resource, a ribbon cutting and an inauguration attended by esteemed guests celebrated this new resource for the people of Tijuana.
