The annual meeting of stockholders was held at Vibra Bank in Chula Vista. This unique bank had a strong year of growth and the evening was a cause for celebration. Vibra Bank was conceived as San Diego County’s only locally owned community bank to focus on the Hispanic market, which is the fastest growing population within the country.
