Luncheon for Literacy highlights the American Academy of Pediatrics childhood literacy program, Reach Out and Read San Diego, giving young children a foundation for success by incorporating books into pediatric care and encouraging families to read together. Celebrity chefs created dishes inspired by the bounty produced by local farmers. Tthe event was proudly sponsored by Mission Federal Credit Union.
