The San Diego Symphony hosted the second annual Kentucky Derby Viewing Party “Run for the Roses” at the Del Mar Thoroughbred Club. A horn quartet musical performance by Symphony musicians greeted guests and accompanied them while enjoying lunch. Felix Taverna offered his expert advice on betting tip as they viewed the big racing event on a big screen. Between the sunny day, the race and the friends, this event was enjoyed by all and already anticipated for next year.
