Where Italy Meets France in La Jolla.
When it comes to high-end interiors in San Diego, there is only one choice- Kaz-Design Group. Based out of La Jolla and with a beautiful showroom on Girard, the company offers residential and commercial furnishings. At the helm of this design powerhouse are CEO Amir Kazerani and Riga Qadir, both New York natives that moved to San Diego in 2016.
Kaz-Design Group offers two international luxury brands under one roof- Ligne Roset and Poliform.
Ligne Roset provides a wide collection of high-end contemporary furniture and complementary decorative accessories, lighting, rugs, textiles and occasional items – inspired by a nonconformist design mindset and 150 years of French craftsmanship.
Poliform is one of the most significant industrial companies in the international furnishing sector. The Poliform collection is organized as a wide and diversified choice and includes systems and furnishing accessories for every area of the home: bookcases, containers, wardrobes, beds, kitchens and upholstered furniture.
With over 18 years of high end retail experience, Amir knew the two brands would be a perfect match. “It is the one stop shop where Italy meets France,” Amir tells Giving Back Magazine. Riga Qadir who is the Marketing Director as well as Amir’s wife is very involved in the family business.
When the two are not focused on the family business, they enjoy spending time with their young boys- Elias and Noah. Amir is an avid soccer player and Riga also has a thriving business as a private tutor. Since moving to San Diego, the two are very involved in the community, Kaz Design Group recently teamed up with the Jacobs & Kushman San Diego Food Bank.
The Kaz Design team has a lot in store this year. They will be opening a new location at the South Coast Design Center in Orange County. The new location will be opening in June of 2018 and will further expand their product lines and reach in the region.
