Tijuana philanthropist & businessman Jose “Pepe” Galicot celebrated his book launch at CECUT. The night kicked off with a performance by the Tijuana Youth Symphony. The celebration continued as family and friends heard Jose share stories of the title of his Eighty and Counting.
