The Appleby family arrived in La Jolla in 1971, where Scott Appleby and Kerry Appleby Payne, the dynamic brother-sister duo, were raised. Scott graduated from La Jolla High School and earned a BS in Geological Science from Dartmouth College. Kerry graduated from The Bishop’s School in La Jolla and earned a BS in Education from USC in Los Angeles. Appleby Family Real Estate opened its doors in 1984 and is proud to be celebrating a 30-year family tradition of trusted real estate service.
