Local non-profit, Home Start, Inc., held their 45th Anniversary Blue Ribbon Gala in honor of Child Abuse Prevent Month and to recognize Junior League of San Diego as their Outstanding Community Partner Organization for 2017. The spectacular circus themed event wowed guests while also raising awareness for this issue affecting many San Diegans and generating further support for their efforts.
