A fanciful evening was in store for supporters of the San Diego Food Bank during their Foodtasia: Hail to the Chefs Gala. Held at their 80,000-square foot facility, the region’s most celebrated chefs hosted their own personal table of ten guests preparing a multiple-course dinner of their exclusive creations. Great auctions items were up for bid and live entertainment had everyone dancing the night away. The sold-out fundraiser is the Bank’s biggest yet with monies raised benefitting their services such as Food 4 Kids Backpack Program, which provide weekend food packages to chronically hungry grade school students.
