Friends of Balboa Park’s Annual Awards Luncheon honored outstanding contributions and milestone accomplishments by Balboa Park volunteers and staff. The Annual Awards Luncheon honored the past and celebrated the future and welcomed this year’s Keynote Speaker Darlene Shiley who shared her love of theatre in Balboa Park.
