Friends and supporters of Spay Neuter Action Project (SNAP) gathered at the home of Lori and Bill Walton to help celebrate SNAP’s Tenth Birthday. Guests enjoyed lunch and birthday cake as they learned more on their mission to achieve zero euthanasia of adoptable and treatable pets. SNAP visits neighborhoods and offers free spay and neuter services for cats and dogs!
