Festival Del Caribe
Hundreds of Latin music aficionados, along with Latinos, Caribbeans, Cubanos, Puerto Ricans, Isleños, Dominicans, Boriquas y mas came together to celebrate an amazing selection of artists, culture and community. The event was organized by the House of Music and all funds raised go directly to their music programs to teach Latin music to children. The headlining act Los Van Van performed to the delight of the crowd, despite the untimely death of their bandmates onstage the weekend before. The energy and tribute from the artists was felt by all and the festival was one of love, unity and celebration.
Cientos de amantes de la música latina junto con latinos, caribeños, cubanos, puertorriqueños, isleños, dominicanos, boricuas y muchos más, se reunieron para celebrar a una increíble selección de artistas, cultura y comunidad. El evento organizado por la House of Music recaudó fondos para los programas musicales infantiles de enseñanza de música latina. Los Van Van hicieron una presentación especial que deleitó a la audiencia a pesar del desafortunado fallecimiento que sus compañeros de banda sufrieron sobre el escenario la semana anterior. La energía y el tributo de los artistas fue algo que todos pudieron compartir y el festival sintetizó el amor, la unidad y el festejo por la música.
