The endless efforts to evoke thought and coexistence through literature take center stage once again at the 33rd annual Tijuana Book Festival. Working with key city organizations, this year’s literary gathering is elevating to a new level with a slew of offerings with authors and writers from all over Mexico, conferences, panels, concerts, workshops and a photo exhibit. Children and youth are encouraged to participate in a multitude of activities from cultural outfits promoting reading. End May and start June with a new work for everyone in the family, summer’s heat is coming and what better way to be, and stay cool, than with a new book.
