10 Things About Matt Frazier and Boys & Girls Club of Greater San Diego

#1 I grew up in Escondido, California.

#2 The one skill that everyone should have is to know how to cook.

#3 My favorite place to visit is New Zealand.

#4 I would like to hike the Routeburn Track on the South Island in New Zealand that takes you through both Fiordland and Mount Aspiring National Parks.

#5 Our family has a miniature poodle named “Woodford”. He’s named after the bourbon.

#6 I have a cookbook collection that has gotten out of control.

#7 When I have a challenging day, I stay positive by knowing when I get home, my daughters will be there to make me laugh.

#8 Whenever I have made mistakes in life, I always try to learn from it and improve.

#9 The Boys & Girls Club of Greater San Diego has a 14 year old member who, within two years from enrolling in the Club, went from a 1.0 GPA to a 3.2! What a wonderful transformation from a youth who always thought that school just wasn’t for him. Now he dreams of going to college and serving as an example to his younger siblings.

#10 All proceeds from “An Evening of Changing Lives” will go towards the Club’s programs and mission to provide San Diego children with a positive, fun, and safe environment.
